Looking for bread that doesn't taste like cardboard

Vancouver Gluten Free Expo :

Thousands waited up to four hours in line-ups snaked around the Vancouver Convention Centre for a chance to enter the city’s second Gluten Free Expo on Sunday.

Some were simply looking for healthy food options; others like Tannis Meglaughlin, 23, have celiac disease – an autoimmune disorder that is a reaction to gluten, a protein found in wheat and some grains – and were on the hunt for tasty products that wouldn’t result in a range of symptoms.

After two hours in line, Meglaughlin said it would be worth it if she could find bread that doesn’t taste like cardboard.... MetroNews
